THEY ARE NEW AND UNUSED CAPACITORS.
VERY GOOD SOUND QUALITY CAPACITORS.
Possibly the best cap available.
They can be preferred slightly over the BC 114 series as they are smoother and they can be had cheaper. Rumours are that naim are now using them (rebadged with their name) since the demise of SLCE.
